Sunday Bible Class: Today we will start a video Bible study on Martin Luther entitled “Reformation Grace, Faith, Scripture.”  It will include a segment from the new Luther movie with a study connected to it.  The first topic is “The Beginning: Baptism.”

Fellowship Hour will be held on Sunday, Nov. 19.  We will also use this for our New Member Welcome.  In the cry room there is a sign-up sheet to bring food.

End of an Era?  In February of 1880, the Ladies Aid Society of St. John’s was established.  In February of 1956 the Evening Circle was begun.  Over the years, attendance has dropped, where we are now down to 4 members, and seriously considering disbanding.  Is this your wish?  If not, then join us at our next meeting on Monday, November 13 at 1:30 p.m.  If it is, our last gathering will be to pack the Christmas boxes for the shut-ins in December.

Midweek Services will be held for Thanksgiving Eve and midweek Advent services.  Thanksgiving Eve will be held November 22 at 7:00 p.m.  Midweek Advent services will be held November 29 until Christmas.  They will be on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

Young Women’s Science Program: Female high school students are invited to Wisconsin Lutheran College for a free science program. Register for the sessions on November 18 (nursing, virology, and physiology). Learn more at wlc.edu/scienceprogram.
