Evening Services will start at 6:30 p.m.  The first time that this will take place is Thanksgiving Eve.

Food and Clothing Drive: We will once again be collecting food for the Whitewater Food Pantry.  There are boxes in the back where you can place your items.  There will also be a clothing drive.  More details on this will be coming.

FREE CONCERT! Branches Band, a Milwaukee-based Christian band, will be presenting a concert here on Sunday, December 8, at 9:00 a.m. They will play their Advent Song Service entitled “A Branch is Growing.” Branches Band has played at over 500 churches in all 50 states and Canada, performing hymns and original songs with guitar, piano, percussion, and vocal harmonies. It will be a part of our regular Sunday service.

The Lutheran Chorale of Milwaukee presents “Comfort and Joy”: The Lutheran Chorale of Milwaukee, under the direction of Levi Nagel, is pleased to announce its upcoming “Prelude to Christmas” concert under the theme “Comfort and Joy.” Please note that the concert will take place at a different location: Trinity Lutheran Church (1052 White Rock Ave., Waukesha, WI) on December 1 at 2:00 & 4:30 p.m. An annual favorite, this concert is a wonderful way to kick off the Christmas concert season. This year’s presentation will feature a small string and woodwind ensemble. The organ prelude, played by Lynn Kozlowski, will begin 20 minutes prior to each concert. Band Concert: The Wisconsin Lutheran College Concert Band will present its Winter Band Concert on Sunday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for Arts and Performance Schwan Concert Hall. Tickets are $6 and may be purchased at or by calling 414-443-8802.

Choir Concert: The Wisconsin Lutheran Choir and Chamber Choir present their Christmas Festival Concert December 6 and 7 at 7:30 p.m. and December 8 at 2:30 p.m. in the Center for Arts and Performance Schwan Concert Hall. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at or by calling 414-443-8802.

The Seminary Chorus of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary will present its annual Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 8, at 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. The 62-voice choir will present a program featuring the great Lutheran hymns of the holiday season in traditional and modern settings. The concert is the thirty-fifth and last Christmas concert directed by Prof. James Tiefel.  There are no advanced tickets sales; a free will offering is appreciated. The seminary is located 11831 N. Seminary Dr. in Mequon.

Lakeside Christmas Concert will be Sunday, December 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the East Gym.

Luther Prep Christmas Concert will be held on December 15 at 3:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m.

Tuck Pointing has been finished on the church. If you would like to contribute to this project, mark it on the building fund envelope.  The furnace was paid off.
